In all of the years that I have been a personal trainer and nutrition specialist, I have seen that many people are very surprised to hear some of the foods that I have found to be the best for losing fat and being healthy.

One of those foods is egg yolks. Now, you may have heard about the health benefits of egg whites, but the yolks are actually healthy too, despite their high fat and cholesterol content. Actually, that cholesterol is good for you, because it raises the good cholesterol that is already in your body. Egg yolks are also filled with vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Avocados are another fatty food that will actually BURN a lot of fat! And they help suppress your appetite! Plus, they taste great to boot! They add favor to so many foods.
