It will also help if you cut down on acid-producing foods like meats, cheeses and other such foods. While not excluding these foods out of your diet completely, reducing the amount consumed will help.
Those who want to modify their diet to have a more vibrant and healthy body can consider trying out an acid alkaline diet. It is advisable to check with your health professional before doing anything drastic especially if you have a medical history.
