If you over eat during one meal because you didn’t eat for a long time and you are terribly hungry, you body will take only what it needs and the rest of the calories will be converted into fat to store. If you eat less but more often your body will have no excess calories to turn into fat.

One more myth is that you think you can go without your favorite foods for the purpose of weight loss. Many of us love pizza and people who want to lose weight decide that they will never eat pizza again. But if one day they fail and eat a slice they think they are losers and give up their weight loss plan altogether. But you have to realize that no way you will be able to live without your favorite food. You just have to control the amount of that food and find a way to include that food into your weight loss routine.
