Recently I have read the magazine article that dealt with the weight loss tips for the people who are from the well developed countries. Frankly speaking I was amazed at first when looked at the title. The first thought to appear was that are not we the same people as they are? But later I understood that there has always been and will always be a division due to all hierarchies, so people are divided on those from rich world and on those from fringes of the society. But now the topic is totally different, as we speak about weight loss. So, the first thing I noticed is that the life in the highly developed countries is really fast. For example, people do not have the time to cook at their homes that is why they use take-out food service. Besides, there are some differences even in the lifestyle.

Interestingly, the first thing I would like to analyse is the walk. Imagine the last time you was walking on the street of an under developed country. For sure, you have noticed the «jam-packed» people who were trying to reach the place of their destination. But, now imagine the developed country and its population that hardly uses their two legs, they prefer just the traffic. So, here we can make a conclusion that walking is the key for attractive figure and verse versa. That is why weight loss in developed countries is a kind of a burning issue today.

It is well known that people from the third world use the black beans and the lentils very often.Besides, a can of those black beans have 30 gms of fiber and the equivalent amount of proteins. Judging from all this weight loss is really a cheap way of life. All you need is to involve black beans and lentils into your diet.

Remarkably, the main meal in the third world countries is taken in the afternoon but not at night, as many people from the prosperous states used to do considering the dinner to be their major meal. The fact that after the meal the population continues to work is the main reason for their slim figure. But people from the flourishing countries suffer from fat and overeating, because the unnecessary energy does not burn but stores and accumulates during the nights.

The most precious advice for you is to drink as much as possible, as it is a key of healthy mind and body. Today in the countries of the third world we observe the situation when they usually drink nothing special except, but for water. On the contrary, people from the overdeveloped countries drink different colas, sodas, juices, etc.

To sum up, people from developed countries who dream about the attractive appearance should adopt their lifestyles to the ones that the poor people have.
