If you came up with the idea to get rid of the extra fat, here I prepared 3 paths to quick weight loss. Actually, something happens in your life or is going to happen, when you have just no time to wait. Admittedly, to these events I refer proms, weddings, birthday parties. To look attractive and beautiful you need to get rid of few pounds, but the problem is that it should be done as soon as possible. Frankly speaking, I was in such situation and I managed to do this. The matter that helped and even now helps me is “my commitment to myself”.

Day1. During the first day one should drink lot of water and eat honey in order to stay energetic. Allow your stomach to be empty. For someone, who used overeating, it is going to be a fasting week, and a great challenge. But afterwards, he or she will respect himself or herself. Do not listen to other people and do not allow them discourage you by their unnecessary talks. I affirm that it is really possible to overcome, as I am a good example of that (if you need my picture I can send you one, in case you need).

Day2. A person who is on diet should change his or her eating habits. It is advisable to divide your food consumption into 6 or 8 times during which a person eats small portions and do not gain weight. The good sign that one has made everything correct is feeling of hunger. At this very moment the body burns fat stores and extra calories. A person should select only the food that has nutritional value. Counting would be a good occupation while the whole day of starvation. The only thing fasting people should avoid is soda and snack food, as they are not aware of all ingredients that are there. “Home-made food” is just the best choice.

Day3. The body is usually got used to the new schedule and menu. During this day one should make exercises as many as possible in order to get rid of fat stores, so that you will make tremendous finish and the effect will be vivid for every one.

Now you got attractive appearance at last, and to support your slim figure, you need a good plan and self-control. Frankly speaking, I lost 35 pounds, but the most difficult was not to gain them again.

Everyone wants to look great and not to gain kilos, but just “wanting” does not work. Yes, that is great that person wants, but at the same time he or she should support this desire with an appropriate plan and fulfil it. Appearance is something that stays with you till the end, so let’s make this stay pleasant, the one you will never regret.
