It may sound far-fetched but she managed to reach success with her weight. Her close friend Clarissa Martin said that she felt the great desire to call Kirstie when she saw how slim and beautiful she appeared in Oprah show. What is more, such triumphed appearance became a kind of inspiration for the rest women in the world.

Actually, the cause is always better and more interesting than the effect, as it has the positive connotation of what is going to happen. The cause in the situation with Kristie is her desire to get rid of the excessive weight and to come back to previous life being the most famous person in the world.

Changes – If the person decides to shed extra fat, he or she should realize that there will be the need for undergoing the complete changes in both lifestyle and the eating habits. Just get used to the idea that you need this change and you should go to bed and wake up with this goal in mind.

Attitude – Some one famous once said that person’s attitude towards the task and any aim is everything. I hope everybody noticed that the person is likely to reach positive results when he or she bears the right serious attitude. Besides, you should always think positively, as the thoughts can materialize.

Understanding – One of the most important things is the right sense of understanding which is the same as the realization. You should realize that every person has her or his own set of assets to be understood and needed to manage.

Enthusiasm – You need to have the enthusiastic approach towards everything you take up. You should not consider your weight loss as something daunting and disgusting. The more frightened you are the chances are higher that you will fail. So, be enthusiastic.
