So let’s give energy drinks thumbs down because of their misleading claims and damaging effects on the body.
Instead, consider mix up your own energy drink with natural tea your berry or pomegranate juice and some denatured whey protein.

I certainly agree that these so-called energy drinks are not good for you in the long run.
Now now now Im so sick of all this trash talking about energy drinks!!!!!! and energy drink is no worse then drinking coffee Just dont drink them ever day like I do!!!! Its actully worse to drink coffee everyday then it is to have an enegy drink every 2 or 3 days and yes they do give you a boost and there are different kinds that give you different types of energy for ex: when I have to work or do physical labor I drink Green AMP Power because it gives you a physical energy boost, but If I need to stay up late doing work on my computer I drink the Blue AMP Focus because it makes you more aware and alert and helps you concentrate on what you are doing also they give you a little buzz
hello!! fat gives energy but they convert into energy in a very slow process as u have eaten some food like pulses they give energy in avery high process as pulses go to stoamch and it convert into proteoes and peptones(peptides) in the small intestine after that it converted into amino acids which u energy … there it is true that the person should have to eat how much whic he consume no overeating acctually this wiil not obese u but also conqured u with many diseease like diabeties, stress, heahache, indigestion, constipation, eye.side etc…
