Ever since having children I’ve always struggled with my weight. The only real secret for anyone is a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise. Everyone knows this already, it’s just not so easy to do!
One thing I have found that really speeds up the whole process though is Cho Yung tea. I think it sped up my metabolism and helped me lose weight quicker. it’s also full of antioxidants so did wonders for my skin. I would really recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight.

A new diet…. confirming the alarming confusion in this field!
We are daily “bombarded” by magazines, newspapers, reviews, television, and Internet with “news” touting “miraculous” products, diets, or sensational scientific discoveries aimed to make us live healthier… and become slim in a rush… guaranteed!?
In spite of all this, or more likely just because of all that, obesity rates and the number of people affected by obesity-linked diseases (like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer) continue to grow worldwide… ….even in a country like Italy: cradle of the healthy Mediterranean diet! Shamefully, some of these sensational “discoveries” are often questionable and conflicting with each other. They generate therefore more confusion and uncertainty… even among scientists!

Good burners can eat more than a bad burner, even by a similar age, body weight, physical activity and job!!

Interesting that we carry about 10-15 pounds of undigested material through our lives. That’s a lot! I must say also that not eating after 8pm sounds new to me. It does make sense though. If you eat later, you are forcing your stomach to process the food, which wears out your digestive system and the more inefficient it gets.
