Strength type of exercise is geared towards building your muscles. Muscles burn more fat and they keep burning fat even when you are idle. You want to incorporate some type of weight lifting routine two to three times per week.

Finally, you need to target your abs. You should do ab exercises that hit all the major muscles in the abs.|Your focus should be the major muscles in the abs. You should not also overlooked your upper and lower abs and the obloquies.
